Graduated from the hotel institute "Michelangelo Buonarotti" in Fiuggi (RM) kitchen sector. After the first experiences in various restaurants in the center of Rome, he begins a training path that sees him frequent high-level international kitchens in various areas of the globe, experiences are recorded in countries such as the United Kingdom, France and Australia where he is passionate about native Australian indigenous cuisine before returning to Paris where he worked as kitchen manager at the restaurant "Speackeay".

Certified sommelier at the FIS, fully reflecting the family vocation always committed to the production of wine.
